Large Powder Coating Oven

One of the largest powder-coating ovens in the country

We are powder-coating specialists at DWR Fabrications and have one of the largest powder-coating box ovens in the country. At 9m x 3m x 3m it’s almost large enough to house a single decker bus!

For optimum results we are always thorough in the coating process and set temperature and baking times which are appropriate for the type of material to be coated.

Available in any colour

Powder coating can be applied in any colour currently available. We are also happy to provide a powder coating service for other metal fabricators. Please ask for details.

The Benefits Of Waterjet Cutting

Materials

Virtually any sheet material can be cut using this method (with the exception of toughened glass and diamond).

Materials from 45cm to a few millimetres thick can be cut with ease

Cut without heat damage to source material

Waterjet cutting does not have a heat source, so metals and other materials can be cut without harming or changing their intrinsic properties

Detailed Design Possibility

The kerf (width of cut) can be adjusted to suit the job in hand, as can the size and type of abrasive. The more detailed the design, the narrower the kerf and finer the abrasive.

Accurate Cold manufacture

The finished piece is cold, so can be handled immediately.
Multi-batch or single items can be manufactured quickly and accurately. Typical tolerance is +/-0.1mm
